How much does shipping cost

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10. Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

International Shipping
International shipping options are displayed at checkout. If your country is not listed, we regret that we are unable to deliver to your location.

Order Processing
Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Kindly allow 24 hours for processing before your order is handed over for shipping.

Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit different needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Sendle Tracked 4 - 12 business days no signature required (PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers on this service)*
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery, usually within 2–3 business days for metropolitan areas. Please note that deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 3–4 days.
  • International Shipping: For select countries, with delivery times varying due to customs clearance processes.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
Local regulations may restrict deliveries to certain areas. If you experience any issues during checkout regarding shipping to your location, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup
For customers in our local area, we offer local delivery and in-store pickup options. Free local delivery is available on orders exceeding a specified amount; for smaller orders, a nominal fee applies. Deliveries are made during our business hours, and you will be notified on the day of delivery. If you choose in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be ready for collection within 1–2 business days. Please remember to bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.

International Orders
For international shipments, please note that delivery times vary and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination. Quiet Witness is not responsible for these charges, which are your responsibility.

Order Tracking and Status
You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact our support team with your order details.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have restrictions on delivering to P.O. Boxes. If your chosen shipping method does not support P.O. Box delivery, please provide an alternative address.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed for the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
